Renovated townhouse with rooftop solarium in La Quinta, Benahavís

I will send the full dossier, the floor plans and what is not published.

The full renovation completed in 2024 has brought this property to a standard that few resale homes achieve: finishes on par with new build, a contemporary sensibility and the warmth of Mediterranean design filtered through a Scandinavian-influenced restraint that results in clean spaces, considered light and materials chosen without excess. Across 212 m² spread over several floors, the townhouse offers three bedrooms, two of them en suite, and a guest WC that allows for easy entertaining without compromising privacy. The element that defines the property is the rooftop solarium: a private elevated terrace where mornings begin in full sun and evenings can be stretched at leisure.

La Quinta is one of the most established residential areas within the municipality of Benahavís, set among golf fairways and with straightforward access to the area's amenities, restaurants, clinics, international schools, without having to navigate coastal traffic. The community is gated and guarded, with the management standards that this type of setting demands. The property includes one parking space within the complex. Benahavís concentrates some of the most carefully executed developments along the western Costa del Sol, and La Quinta holds that standard at a human scale that larger enclaves in the municipality do not. A fully renovated property in this context, ready to occupy or to let during high season, leaves little to decide beyond when to begin.
