Two-bedroom apartment within a low-density golf development, Casares Costa

I will send the full dossier, the floor plans and what is not published.

In a low-density development where the only sounds are the wind through the pines and the unbroken green of the golf course stretching into the distance, this two-bedroom apartment occupies an intermediate floor with a sunny terrace looking out over the fairways. The scheme, 74 apartments and 17 penthouses arranged in measured, human-scale blocks, was designed with space and quiet as its first principles: ground-floor gardens, views of the golf course, the sea and the mountains, and a set of amenities rarely found within a single perimeter at this price point: a nine-hole golf course, an eighteen-hole footgolf course, a golf academy, a restaurant, a gym, a fitness centre and a beauty salon.

Days here follow a natural rhythm, from a morning round to an afternoon on the terrace. Casares Costa is one of the stretches of the western Costa del Sol that has best preserved its human scale, well clear of the congestion of Marbella or Puerto Banús, 35 and 27 minutes by car respectively. Finca Cortesín, the area's benchmark for golf and hospitality, is three minutes away. Estepona is ten minutes. Sotogrande, with its marina and equestrian scene, is twenty-one. Gibraltar Airport is forty minutes, and Málaga International an hour, a combination that makes this location equally workable as a permanent home or a seasonal base.
