Beachfront villa on Costabella beach, Marbella Este

I will send the full dossier, the floor plans and what is not published.

From the 176-square-metre southwest-facing terrace, the Mediterranean fills the horizon at any hour; in the evenings, the low light across the water makes that vantage point the natural centre of the house. Designed by architect José Carlos Moya as a new-build directly on Costabella beach, the villa sits on an 820 m² plot and offers 382 m² of built space across six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The material palette sets the tone immediately: marble on the principal floors, natural oak in the more intimate rooms, premium aluminium frames throughout.

The technical specification is equally considered, underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation, a high-efficiency heat pump, VRV air conditioning with room-by-room climate control, solar hot water, home automation and ambient LED lighting. A Sonos sound system and bespoke wardrobes throughout complete a home built without compromise. Marbella Este has retained a genuinely residential character within the municipality: established neighbourhoods, fine-sand beach and direct access to the Costabella seafront promenade. The beachfront position removes every intermediary between the house and the sea.
