Apartment with sea views on intermediate floor, Málaga city

I will send the full dossier, the floor plans and what is not published.

From the non-slip terrace of this apartment, the Mediterranean coastline opens unobstructed over the rooftops of the neighbourhood. The building, with barely ten homes, responds to a reduced-scale logic that is evident in every construction decision: large-format porcelain stoneware flooring, aluminium carpentry with thermal break that filters light without compromising insulation, and aerothermal air conditioning that makes comfort silent and efficient. Interior spaces are organized in an open-plan layout so that the living room, kitchen and terrace form a continuous sequence. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garage with semi-automatic system complete the floor. The finishes are from the Porcelanosa line, which provides a coherent palette from flooring to bathroom.

The building is located on Calle Milagrosa, a quiet street parallel to Calle Pacífico and Parque del Oeste, in the residential fabric of Málaga city. Parque del Oeste is just a few steps away as a green area for daily use. Marina San Andrés, the historic centre and the sea are the neighbourhood's closest reference points, accessible from this location with ease. The consolidation of the surroundings, shops, transport, services, allows both daily city life and quick access to the coast. On the upper floor, the communal rooftop with pool, the Sky and Sea Rooftop, closes the building with a shared-use area where sea views are enjoyed from above. Access is controlled by video intercom and the interior ventilation system guarantees air renewal in all rooms. A building designed for those seeking real city life without giving up the horizon.
