Design Villa in Cortijo Blanco, San Pedro de Alcántara

I will send the full dossier, the floor plans and what is not published.

Studio Davis has shaped a villa where natural materials and open-plan spaces work together to dissolve the boundary between inside and out. Spanning 844 m² of built area on a 1,202 m² plot, the four-bedroom, six-bathroom layout gives each room its own territory: the main living area flows towards the communal zones with a fluidity that draws life outdoors, while the principal suite gains privacy on the upper level without losing connection to the whole. Volumes open to the garden and pool from multiple points, allowing light and greenery to enter the house rather than remain on the other side of the glass. Cortijo Blanco is one of the most established residential enclaves along the San Pedro de Alcántara coastline, defined by its quiet character and direct proximity to the beach.

The villa sits within walking distance of the seafront promenade, its beach clubs and the shore itself, making an early morning swim or a sunset dinner a natural part of the day without any need to get in the car. The calm scale of the neighbourhood sits alongside easy access to Puerto Banús and central Marbella via the A-7. With four bedrooms across a floor area of this scale, the villa works equally well as a primary residence or a generous summer base for hosting guests. The Studio Davis interiors give it a distinctive authorial character that goes beyond a standard finish, a long-term value argument in a segment where considered design makes a measurable difference.
